Glitchy Poor App
This app struggles badly with user interface. I have to use it as a D1 Football Athlete and it’s a pain everytime I open it. Alerts do not function, schedules do not load properly. I would not recommend using this platform.
This is the worst app ever and causes me to miss messages from my coaches and get me in trouble
Even with every notification on I miss messages and do not get important information, with sound on and full banner averse this app fails to alert me on new important messages. This caused me to be in prepared for a meeting and not able to be as prepared as I should have!!!
PLEASE MAKE A WIDGET
I love this app and I need a widget on my Home Screen for it. That would be so so nice

We can’t function without Teamworks here. It has everything and more I need to be prepared and ready for game days, practices, travel days, etc. Our team also includes family on Teamworks which so helpful they have a clear point of communication to staff. Great for the calendar as well!

Crashing
Hello, our club began using Teamworks in August. The app repeatedly crashes when I open it. After crashing and kicking me out several time then I just get a black screen. I then have to delete and re-upload the app.
This is very frustrating as it’s the only means of communication with our Academy staff and I can’t rely on it.

Could be better
My son is on teamworks as part of a football club and I wanted to sync his calendar to my iPhone calendar. I was able to do this but my iphone calendar has also synced into teamworks calendar.
It would be great if i can choose not to sync my iPhone calendar to teamworks.
My son and husband doesn’t need to see everything going on in my life crowding his football calendar. Spond does this so it would be good if teamworks could do this too.
I hope this can be done and a new update for the app to come out soon! It would be very much appreciated!!

bugs and glitches galore!
Update: Words can't describe how much I hate this junk software. Teamworks reinvented the wheel and decide to make it square-shaped.
Original: Working as a Div1 Coach this year, coming from an career in data analytics, and good lord this Teamworks system has made life so much harder. Teamworks doesn't do anything more than the Google services suite (gmail, chat, drive, calendar, etc) or Microsoft services suite (outlook, teams, etc), but it does do it worse and at a higher price point. This app is constantly glitching out or failing to process uploads. Our single team has pretty much needed to hire a new person just to manage the administration of the application. It's been a disaster and everyone on the team hates it or aggressively ignores it. Customer Service is a joke - Upon requesting the functionality, I was informed (2 weeks later) that "Teamworks engineers figured out how to enable nested file-folders! woohoo!" Bruh, that is literally one of the most rudimentary functions of a file management system, and for some reason it's an advanced feature in your app? Yikes! But, the school bought it for lots of money and now we're stuck in a contract for a worse than useless "solution" package. Sheesh! Just use Google freeware and save yourself an expensive headache. It's pretty clear this company is way more focused on sales and marketing than on engineering a stable and useful product.

Expand group chat feature
Would love to be able to tag individual players or respond to individual messages in a Groupchat. Similar to iMessage or telegram/other messaging apps

As a collegiate athlete, TW has been so helpful for me to have all the information I need in the palm of my hand. After being at a school who didn’t use TW, then transferring to one who does use it, I don’t know how I ever functioned without it!

Having used Teamworks as a player made life super easy knowing where to be and when. I felt like I was being pulled in a ton of directions before our team had teamworks

Doesn’t Work, Really a Pain
Have to use Teamworks for my D1 college track team. It’s a pain. All of our materials are put here and I can never access any of them. The app takes forever to load, frequently crashes, and is hard to use. It would literally be easier to find my practice schedule if Coach sent out carrier pigeons at the beginning of each week. And filling out forms on Teamworks is virtually impossible. I would prefer doing literally anything else other than using Teamworks.
