Rockdale store not in app
My daughter and I love your teas but the Rockdale plaza store is not listed in the app and apparently there is no IT solution to fix it. Disappointing as every other store is available but not Rockdale.
Didn’t even give me my points
I ordered 3 drinks, and used the app the claim my points. The 3rd point didn’t even show up and the coupon I used didn’t even work.
This page actually crashed
Looks like the developer doesn’t give a damn about trying to improve customer services as well as keep “loyal” customers while more and more bubble tea places are surfacing in Australia.
No worries, if you don’t want to bother fixing the problem you’ll keep on losing more customers. Fix the god damn app or you’ll keep losing customers.

Needs an update!
This app worked fine until a few months ago! Now it keeps showing the page

No matter what I do, what I click, I cannot get it to work, I’ve been trying for weeks and I’ve tried everything! Definitely a problem on your end please fix it!! I won’t be purchasing a drink until it’s fixed!

Fix the bugs
This app has been offline for three months now and I’ve tried reaching out for trouble shooting and there’s no response from customer service. I don’t think these people care.
Bug, please fix
Its been going on for a month or two now, the app won’t load. It gets stuck on “server busy” and doesn’t move past that. I’ve tried using mobile data, wifi, uninstalling, restarting my phone. Nothing works. Please fix it soon!

Waste of time.. not doing anything, just kept on prompting server is busy. Don’t bother. Deleted!
White Screen
iPhone11 latest iOS and can’t access the app at all. Really great store and want to see what more they have to offer hopefully this gets fixed in the future.

While having a loyalty/rewards program is a good idea, the app needs more frequent improves, such as improving the menu section and the store list/location and be able to order ahead feature.

Ok bubble tea is expensive but it’s kinda too expensive and u have to spend almost one hundred dollars to get a free one so please make the loyalty drinks three to get a free one that way more people will buy ur drinks
Great Store, Horrible App
The first time I downloaded this app it would load and was just a white screen. I then deleted it a few day later and tried again. Eventually I got it to work and I signed in without any problems. BUT NOW IT KEEPS GLITCHING AND WON’T LOAD AND IT IS GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING! I love teaser tea but I can’t access my 50% off code and I’ll be really disappointed if it expires.

Not functioning well
I was able to open the app once or twice to view my account. But after that, was unable to open the app (white screen). Tried multiple times. Please fix the bugs.
Handy but bug exists
It keeps going to the top when I scroll down the menu.
