Can’t log in on App
The only thing i dislike about this app is it never let me log in. I can only access my account on line so I might close my account soon.
Garbage bank
Total garbage bank with extremely high overdraft fees who don't even understand how their system works.

charge too high of fees for small amounts overages it should never cost 29$ for a five dollar item

Mobile Check Depost Headache
Is anyone else having to take 2 or 3 days off from work to mobile deposit your checks because the mobile deposit option is always flagging checks as “unreadable”, “check scaling mismatch”, etc even though the front and back images are CRYSTAL clear?
Tech App
App is good and very useful. My only complaint is that the alerts are very slow to get to you. On other banking apps the alerts are immediate. Tech’s alerts for withdraws or debits are hours and often a day or more after the transaction. They need to step up their technology for 2024.Make notifications immediate and in real time.

Car Loan
So I got my 2016 CRV in January 2021. I wanted to set up payments to automatically be withdrawn from my bank account, so I was given the option to open a Money Market Savings so the money from my bank could be transferred into the MMS account.
The process was very seamless n I couldn’t thank Lisa Webster enough for her patience n knowledge. I’d love to use TCU for future vehicles. Thanks TCU! All of you ROCK!! :)

Never works
Like the bank but this app is horrible compared to other bank apps. Whenever I try and transfer money, or make a payment on my car loan with the app it prompt that it can’t find/display my info and to try again later. I’ve updated the app to current and clearly my info is there because I can see it but always displays an error to do the above.

THIS LAME CREDIT UNION DID A COMPUTER UPDATE THAT WAS A COMPLETE FAILURE AND NOW ALL OUR ONLINE BANKING PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED LISTED AS INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THEM TO COURT TO MAKE THEM PAY ALL OF THE BOUNCED CHECK FEES. WHEN WE CALLED THEY OFFERED NO INFORMATION AND HAVE NOT REACHES OUT TO ANY MEMBERS YET TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED. STAY AWAY FROM TECH CREDIT UNION!!!!!

Through out the years, my marriage to James J. Ramirez in 1993, we were accommodated with many loans, help and without greed. When Jim passed away, I was so lost (and still am) when they came in to get our Accounts straightened out. The only Company that actually worked with me and showed me how!

And Tech credit has been ahead of the most other banks and Credit Unions when it come to their online banking
