Tech Erp Manager is the owner / store-manager app for Tech Erp — a multi-industry operations, finance, HR and SOP platform used by physical-business operators across Vietnam: cafes, restaurants, bars, hotels, hotpot and BBQ houses, retail and more. Built for owners who run multiple types of venue, and especially for foreign owners managing local Vietnamese teams. Every surface is available in five languages, and data is rigorously scoped by store / tenant so what you see is exactly the slice your role is allowed to see. What you can do: - Daily close: cash, electronic and POS revenue, variance, expense breakdown. - Approval queue: reimbursements, purchase orders, leave, shift swaps — approve or send back with a note. - Operations: SOP completion rate, low-stock alerts, attendance exceptions, today's headcount. - SOP inspection list + per-item detail + open issues, in five languages. - Inventory drill-down: in-transit purchases, last 14 days consumption, next 14 days forecast. - Native workflows for purchase orders, receiving, supplier management, handover, staff and salary management, permissions, data export and AI assistant. - Multi-tenant: a platform admin sees across stores; an owner sees only their own.
