Waste of Time
The socket is no longer able to connect. There’s no way to reach the developers. It seems that the sockets are heading straight for the trash, which is unfortunate.

Dosent save the timer settings

Doesn’t link to google home and now doesn’t link to Alexa either they don’t reply when you message them and the email address doesn’t exist total waste of time and money wouldn’t be so bad if plugs would connect to another app but they won’t
Server Error
I was logged out and keep getting a server error message every time I try to log in, could someone help please?

Just awful. Does not work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT USES THIS APP.
Terrible
No Alexa/Google control. Very difficult to set up. Cannot connect to some 2.4g networks.
Do not buy anything that uses this app. No support. No reply. Looks like business does not exist any more.

Smart plugs are great and I never have a problem with the app
Truly not fit for purpose
Sadly, the app & / or the accompanying hardware just do not work. Don’t waste your time.
