Tech remote ambrogio version 21 crash
Since the update to version 21 of this app, we can no longer open the app as it crash right away when trying to start it. This is happening on two different iPhones 8 and 10 with their latest IOS. I have an old iPhone 6 which hasn’t been updated ant the tech remote app can connect to the mower. The issue is definitely related to the app update and not an issue with the mower.

The newest version 19.0.0 is a disaster…. Application crash when I try to enter the robot settings- working plan, garden settings etc.

Finally upgrades firmware
I have to give credit where credit is due… latest update finally added option to update firmware on my ancient D X2 model. Firmware date went three years forward, robot now mows lawn much better.
Having said that, I cannot understand previous strategy of gatekeeping new firmware only to service centers, especially when the old FW did not communicate with the app anymore (app kept crashing at most screens). Paying total of ~100USD in shipping and service fee just to have firmware updated and maintain app connectivity is straight from 1990s and something I refused to do on principle. Great that Ambrogio finally joined 2010s - the app definitely does NOT look hip or modern, but it now works.

Se ci si vuole abbonare ha dei costi esagerati. In ogni caso quando si apre l’app non sempre si connette al robot. Robot buono, gestione pessima!!
Lenteur et décadence
La connexion au robot est très lente. De plus je ne parviens pas à accéder aux réglages me permettant de définir les zones et les heures de travail.

Die App ist absolute Katastrophe!
Die App funktioniert bei mir seit 2024 nicht mehr vernünftig. Es ist unmöglich die Einstellungen von meinem Roboter wie z.B. Mähzeiten zu ändern.
Der Roboter an sich ist super, aber was bringt einem das ohne vernünftige App. Ich würde jedem dazu raten einen Roboter von einer anderen Firma zu kaufen!

Problème de logiciel, qualité très moyenne du matériel
Mindig van lejjebb
Frissítés közben folyton lefagy a röhejes lassú fájl másolás. Nincs világos info a státusztól, nincs figyelmeztetés ha elakad a robot. A frissített többször el lehet indítani. Ilyenkor természetesen lefagy. Nem egységes a kb öt funkciót tartalmazó felület. De persze minden rohadt státusz lekeresnel jön a vásárolják ablak. Persze mindig van lejjebb, de ez nagyon gaz.

Malheureusement le programme plante systématiquement lorsque j’essaie d’accéder aux réglages de profils…
Résultat mon LX2 tourne au rythme du printemps, soit beaucoup plus que nécessaire, avec le risque de blocage qui augmente avec.
Bref encore un effort !

Je ne peux mettre 0 alors une étoile c’est très généreux ! Ne fonctionne pas avec un iPhone. L’application connaît le robot mais impossible de le programmer. J’ai donc un robot qui fait ce qu’il veut !!!
