TechFit Teacher Notes Pro

TechFit Teacher Notes Pro is the private way to capture student observations. Speak a quick memo between classes or right after an incident, and your iPhone turns it into a structured observation record — student, what happened, concerns, and follow-ups for the parents. Everything happens on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded, analyzed in the cloud, or seen by anyone but you. SPEAK. IT'S AN OBSERVATION RECORD. • Tap record and talk — your words appear on screen as you speak, transcribed live on your device. • When you stop, on-device Apple Intelligence structures the memo: student, a factual observation, any concerns you raised, and parent follow-ups as a checklist. • The AI never invents anything: concerns and follow-ups stay strictly grounded in what you actually said, and student names are kept exactly as you spoke them — use first names or initials if you prefer. BUILT FOR LEGALLY PROTECTED DATA Student records are protected data — FERPA in the US, GDPR in Europe — and many school policies ban cloud AI processing of student observations outright. TechFit Teacher Notes Pro never has that problem: • 100% on-device: audio, transcripts, photos, and AI output never leave your iPhone or iPad. • No account, no sign-up, no tracking, no analytics. • Works anywhere — in the classroom, on the schoolyard, on a field trip. No connection needed. • Optional extra privacy: auto-delete recordings right after transcription, so only the text remains. STAY ON TOP OF PARENT FOLLOW-UPS • Things to raise with parents or guardians become checkable items automatically. • Reorder, edit, add, and check them off — right in the observation. • A Home Screen widget shows your open parent follow-ups and starts a new recording with one tap. ADD PHOTOS • Attach a worksheet, a drawing, or the board — from the camera or your library. • Swipe and zoom full screen, share one photo or export them all at once. YOUR OBSERVATIONS, YOUR WAY • Search by student name or across titles, observations, and full transcripts. • Grouped by student, so each child's observations are together. • Filter to open parent follow-ups — perfect before parent meetings — or to observations with photos. • Edit titles, student names, observations, and follow-ups anytime. • Export the full record, the transcript, or the observation as text — or share the recording as audio. • App interface in English, German, and French — dictate in any language your device supports for on-device transcription. WHY TECHFIT TEACHER NOTES? Most note apps send your audio to servers — with student data, often a policy violation, not just a privacy concern. TechFit Teacher Notes Pro does everything locally with Apple's on-device intelligence. Observations about children should stay in your hands. REQUIREMENTS TechFit Teacher Notes Pro requires an Apple Intelligence-capable device running iOS 26.5 or later. An active subscription is required to use the app (see below). Supported languages for transcription and AI structuring are determined by Apple and your iOS version — new languages work here automatically. If Apple Intelligence doesn't support your language yet, observations are saved with the full transcript only. TF TEACHER NOTES PRO TechFit Teacher Notes Pro requires an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) — the app cannot be used without one. All features described above are included with the subscription; there are no separate or additional purchases. Prices are shown in the app before purchase; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in your App Store account settings. Capture what you saw. Keep it in your classroom. That's TechFit Teacher Notes Pro.
