Won’t let me set up password and no one will help support this
Terrible interface and execution
Awful user interface, poor performance, buggy and sluggish navigation through myriad menus. Very difficult to use efficiently in the field.
Developer website does not work
Deleted app restarted phone reinstalled app keeps saying the app needs an update . Developers need to redo all coding . Need app to be lightweight and friendly to low coverage areas . Lower image resolution . Stop the refresh every movement you make on the app . Definitely need a bug revamp . Code is messy

Very buggy on the 5.3 update
So I updated the app but still says I’m on 5.2v and I deleted the app and reinstalled and still says 5.2. Very confusing at this point why it won’t update to 5.3 after all the running around. Please fix this issue T-Mobile is depending on you to troubleshoot this issue

Absolutely terrible app. UI is counterintuitive. App is clunky. Will crash just by breathing the wrong way. Every time I use this app I consider quitting my job. No reason such a large company should use this piece of crap.
Unbelievably bad
I don’t understand how a technology company can have such a terrible app to use. Cannot find tickets after they are created. Sometimes they’re there sometimes they’re all gone. Can’t figure out how to check out when I do find them.
Update: still absolutely garbage!! I am forced to use this dumpster fire app every day and it wastes hours of my time every week!

Terrible app
This app is a joke. It says there’s an update when I click update and update the app it still says there’s an update when there isn’t a update. Worst most unprofessional app I ever used

I have to delete and reinstall regularly as it freezes up
Under “my tickets” are upwards of 3000 tickets. Only one is “my ticket” so I have the daily search-a-thon when it’s time to log out.
Clearly this app was created by a relative of a big wig who insists that we all use it.

Not working on latest ios release
Not giving option for office 365 login with latest ios release
Worst app ever
Cannot see tickets, it says that I have tickets but I cannot see them. I perform the steps provide to troubleshoot but still doesn’t work. I have to remove the app and reinstall every 2 or 3 hrs to make work
