Far too difficult to update and use
I find this app incredibly difficult to use on a daily basis. The function and flow of the app has no intuitive design. I receive updates for aircraft I do not fly. The update process has now crashed the app and I cannot gain access to required files.

Has worked fine (or so it seemed) for months. Now “ACCESS DENIED” for no reason. Maddening…
Garbage!
It doesn’t work! Doesn’t update! Doesn’t open!
Access denied
Every time I go to log in to update is denies access. My account is current and I have to contact customer support to get logged in. Just a crappy app. But I need it to keep everything current.
Impossible to use
It is been almost impossible to use it nowadays. Most of the times it is opening any manual from the home screen, and when it opens, is after a long waiting time. Application and manual are updated.
