Solved a challenge but needs improvements
It solved a big challenge of parsing iPhone videos into Camtasia Windows desktop app. However, many times the video fails to share and pretends as if it did not find the device. It doesn’t have proper error messaging. The problem resolves if i update iOS /Windows version or ensure i am on same network. But now i am facing this issue despite both conditions being true and I am clueless!

Garbage
Garbage app. What’s the point of this terrible and pointless app? I can already capture my screen in iOS with native apps and features. The only reason why I’d want this particular application is because it would hook up to my screen cast.com account so I could upload my captures directly there, however, this ridiculous app doesn’t allow that and instead forces me to connect to my computer and send the screen capture over there, requiring me to then get on my computer and send the screen capture to screencast.com. What kind of ridiculous set up is this? The whole point for the iOS capture is to be able to bypass my computer if I’m on my iOS device only. Why then would I have an extra step needed to turn on my computer and then send a video from there instead of directly from my iOS device where it originated? Absolutely pointless, and stupid and ridiculous.

Unfortunately, this app is very glitchy. The audio messes up. Sometimes it doesn’t record. It’s just like their desktop version. I might have to seek another option.

Basically useless
Idk exactly what the limit is, but it can’t record more than a few minutes at a time. There’s no option to extend, no setting to change the limit, nothing. They just shut your recording down due to a “risk” of losing the recording. Well, maybe I’d like to take that risk, but nope. No choice. Because if it’s not a risk and WILL happen, then techsmith’s a bunch of flying ducks. Just admit the limitation instead of being so sketchy about everything. And if you’ve ever dealt with their personnel, then you understand why they’re sketchy about EVERYTHING.

Ipad Instructions
The video says swipe up, actually you have to swipe from the top right. I think the video also is incorrect and it shows a red bar at the top. I can make a video of how it actually works on my iPad if you wish.

There aren’t any setting to change how it records the screen. Advertises that it shows where you tap on screen but does not

The app has not been letting me record recroom and I am a YouTuber it stops every like 15 seconds and it does not save so like I don’t know why it’s happening it’s working with other apps though
