This scooter app is never working and it always says no devices found on my 500th try it is an absolute outrage!

My scooter has 3 gears gear 1 was 10mph the gear 2 15 mph the gear 3 25mph then the app had an update and now only my scooter goes is 15mph there’s no point to even have a gear 3 any more then
