About

Teckel provides (i) "teckel AI": an AI chat interface with the most popular LLM families: Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Claude, enabling simultaneous conversation with the multiple models ("CrossListen") and (optionally) inter-model conversation between them ("CrossTalk"); and (ii) "teckel talk": a completely anonymous, secure chat service enabling end-to-end encrypted text communication. Teckel AI supports the most common model variants within each LLM family. Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude have access to the teckel MCP toolkits, extending the capabilities of the LLMs in a variety of domains. Currently available toolkits include the teckel ethereum toolkit (mainnet and Sepolia JSON-RPC), the teckel navigation toolkit (VFR flight planning, METARs and TAFs, airport intelligence, sun and timezone calculations), and the teckel IPFS toolkit (decentralized file storage, encrypted by default). The app includes a Prompt Library: a curated teckel Prompt Gallery, plus a User Prompt Library for saving your own prompts. For long-running LLM requests, an async response mode delivers in-app notifications on completion. IPFS backend storage manages media files (audio, video, text) used with the LLMs. Access uses teckel credits (In App purchase). For pilots: ask the teckel AI assistant something like "Plan a VFR flight from EGBO to EGTK departing in an hour" and the navigation toolkit returns a complete navlog — true and magnetic track, wind-corrected heading via the triangle of velocities, groundspeed, ETE, fuel burn, density altitude, and crosswind/headwind components by runway. METARs and TAFs are pulled live for every airport; sun-position calculations cover glare and twilight; OpenAIP supplies runway dimensions, frequencies and approach aids. SkyVector visualisation is one tap away. Voice mode lets you do this hands-free during pre-flight. The teckel talk text-based messaging service uses Ethereum addressing for authentication. No cryptocurrency is involved — Ethereum cryptography is harnessed for authentication, offering security with complete anonymity. There is no limit to the number of Ethereum addresses that can be created or imported. Teckel talk does not require a phone number or email address, does not record IP addresses, and does not utilize cloud infrastructure. Chat sessions are completely ephemeral — no data is stored on the device or any servers, though chat (and teckel AI) sessions can be archived for offline sharing. All content can be personally moderated and any Ethereum address blocked. Messages are SSL-encrypted in transit. Two-way chats are E2EE via Diffie-Hellman; group chats of 3+ can be E2EE using pre-agreed ephemeral passwords (shared offline). Public messaging is free; private group messaging uses teckel credits (In App purchase). teckel credits also unlock developer APIs mirroring the MCP toolkit functions. API keys are managed via Ethereum addresses in the app. The teckel IPFS toolkit is also available as a verified n8n community node, distributed with n8n Cloud — drop the node onto any workflow to store, retrieve, pin, encrypt and share files on IPFS without depending on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. The same encryption layer works identically across the app, the n8n node, the API, and MCP-driven AI agents, so encrypted IPFS content is fully portable between every surface — encrypt in one place, decrypt in another. Two further n8n packages are in verified review: teckel Ethereum (read-only JSON-RPC for mainnet and Sepolia) and teckel Navigation (METARs, TAFs, VFR route calculation, airport search).
