Bad App and horible support
This is a terrible app. I tried to sign up for the swamp family membership. The app was down loaded be it didn't give me the opportunity to pay the $100 for a VIP membership. Support is only by email and 237 Global team doesn't understand or read the emails in full. I have told the in an email stream of 10 email, that what they are reccomending brings up and error message and 'v included screen shots.

Worst ‘fan club’ ever.
Bad enough charging $100 for the privilege to pay overprice for tickets to a band I’ve been seeing for years.
The stupid website & app don’t even work.
Currently trying to get rejoin fan club so I can purchase tickets.
Says join ‘swamp family’ BUT…

Not up to the task
Meh..I don’t like this App. It’s confusing and it doesn’t always work as it should. Avoid.
WAY too many notifications.
The app in itself is not terrible. But I am getting flooded with notifications on a daily basis. Notifications about shows going on sale that I already have tickets for or are nowhere near me. It just feels like I’m being spammed at this point. I’m also not sure what benefits this app really offers that I can’t get through email and the website. I am a huge fan of the band and see them every time they’re in my area, but I think this app must be aimed at extreme super fans only.

It told me to do this that, and the other to get a presale code, which meant signing up which I did. So I took several minutes to type all that in, but when I went back to click on give me presale code, it told me I have to be become a member first now. I just gave up then.
