Just select photos with Ted’s app for the first time & this has to be the best & easiest way to do photos. Will be doing this again soon.
Photo quality is Kmart quality
The photos arrived very quickly and the app is easy to use which is why they get 2 stars but I could have gone to Officeworks or Kmart for that kind of quality and avoid the $10 postage. Brightness is blown up and colour is washed out. Oh well.

The only thing good about this app is the convenience.
This app isn’t a substitute for printing in store as I thought it would be. There are no editing functions, can not even add a simple border on the photos. This means any post processing (except crop) needs to be done before submitting the photos to the app. But Post processing on a smartphone is fairly limited. And if post processing on a computer, the convenience is lost because all photos need to be transferred to a phone or tablet before printing through the app adding another step in the workflow.
The app itself is quite basic. No print/sales history so you don’t know if the order has submitted correctly other than email confirmation. Which doesn’t happen immediately so you are left wondering for an hour or so if your order submitted correctly or not. And no cancellation option if printed in error.
I would like to see this app updates so it matches more the software used at the “in store” computer with the check out features tailored more for mobile submissions.

Buggy experience
Had trouble printing photos in store at the Fountain Gate store.
Asked for help and they didn’t even come to look at their Pc, just said it would work.
They then said download the app instead.
Asked if could email it to them instead, and they said they don’t have email (yeah right).
Downloaded the app, not all photos showed, then when trying to upload it kept crashing.

Great app just needs some extra features
Was so easy to make my order at home and then pickup in-store during busy Christmas period.
The only drawback is not being able to look back at my cart / order once it was processed to check against the prints. I understand this is a new app and suggest being able to login and save and see your cart and order.
