Thank you Tees Flex . You are reliable. The normal bus only comes 1 every hour . I just use the app and the bus is there . Really good service thanks.
Unreliable
The service itself is great but the app is unreliable. āWeāre busy try again laterā. Have to keep trying until eventually the app works. Come on there must be a lot of money being spent on this service.

If you can book a ride, itās fine. āIfā being the operative word. Thereās no schedule you can view. The app is constantly experiencing āhigh demandā an tells you to try later. If a ride is available you have a matter of seconds to tap the ābookā option before the ride is suddenly no longer available. āHigh demandā busses arrive empty. If you do manage to book a ride into town thereās no guarantee youāll be able to get one home again.
We used to have a bus come through the village once in the morning and again in the afternoon. Not always convenient but it was reliable - now we have this mess, but presumably itās cheaper for Stagecoach to administer, so itās better the shareholders I suppose.

Can never get a bus.
Itās become so difficult to actually get a bus recently. Trying every single time and still no buses available itās becoming less and less available and becoming more and more unreliable.
Once you use tees flex you donāt want to use any other bus.
Tees flex is an amazing little bus takes you to and from your destination you can call if needed or you donāt no how to use the internet but they are great you can book in advance weeks ahead to and pick times or arrival time and if available they will bring times up for you to book you get a notification via text or email stating ur bus is 30 mins away,15 mins away and also when itās 5 mins away you can also track your bus on the map provided on the app which is amazing to do so you know exactly weāre about Your driver is, itās better to book ahead of your self if you want as ur not alway guaranteed to get the time your after if fully booked and if you decide u want a bus short notice or same day you can still book. You pick your to and from of your chosen areas. This bus does Skelton,loftus,Brotton,Guisborough & so on it takes u all over these areas including Redcar, so itās were covers Redcar and Cleveland but also includes James cook hospital an nunthorpe train station or the ormesby one Iām not 100% certain it does also cover other areas but I donāt know what they are an depending on areas they may need to change your coverage.
This bus is great you get lovely friendly drivers very professional greet you with a smile and always happy to help itās loads cleaner and an much better & quicker drive I love this bus.
The staff on phone are also really polite and friendly, itās cheap and cheerful too and another bonus if u book a return itās pay full fair there and u pay half the price going on your return sometime it doesnāt show up the return at there end so you let the driver know and they change it to the half of the cost on way home only if itās a return though but like I said once used tees flex you wonāt ever want to go on another bus again.

Everytime you try book one of these you get the same āHigh Demand, weāre really busy right now, wait a few minutes or schedule for laterā

Another Houchen Rip Off
Absolute waste of time. Thereās nothing flexible about it. You canāt schedule rides and can never actually get a ride. Absolute waste of time and money

Iāve used several times now and Iāve had no issues whatsoever.
Teesflex does not work!
There have been numerous occasions where the app crashes, the bus never shows up, the bus drove past me and never came back, the bus takes hours to arrive, dangerous drivers,
In short, this app has ruined so many of my days. Use this app if you like losing brain cells.

Wonāt let me book a time and it keeps saying bus is on its way and wonāt let me cancel the ride even though no ride is coming
Still charged after cancelling
Happened quite a few times, Iāve booked a ride then the pick up place has changed, so Iāve cancelled the ride.
I still get charged for them cancelled rides .
Also the app needs an update option, drivers tell us new pick up points have been set up, but they arnt updated on the app.
