Avoid this - does not work on macOS or TvOS
Absolutely useless. Running TVHeadEnd server on a NAS and all TVHeadEnd clients are unwatchable. Stutter on video and audio on SD and HD. This client simply does not work. Conversely, and to avoid fingers being pointed elsewhere, the URLs from a HDHomeRun can be opened in VLC and play perfectly.
Time Shift und Vor- bzw. Zurückspulen führen zum Absturz
Wiedergabe von Life TV und Aufzeichnungen funktionieren ok. Aber sobald ich die Pause-Taste nutze oder versuche in einer Aufzeichnung vor- oder zurückzuspulen, ist der Spass vorbei. Die Wiedergabe stockt, Bild und Ton sind nicht mehr synchron, und nach wenigen Sekunden bricht alles zusammen und die App hängt. Absolut reproduzierbar.

Fast and works as advertised
Works great on my Mac Mini (apple silicon).
Tvheadend as a server is very reliable and I switched to this setup after repeated problems with a old EyeTV setup which is no longer supported

I’d been using TvhClient for a while, and was thinking about making (vibe coding) an app like this – better and more modern – but now I don’t need to! I certainly don’t regret buying this app.
