No longer works and not possible to contact support

Although I haven’t used this app for a few years (just never had the need to), I went to use it today and it no longer loads anything when opened. Tried all the usual troubleshooting but still won’t load anything. Tried to contact support, but that wasn’t possible (got some weird error on developers website - “please check the case”). Not possible to use this anymore, which is a shame
