Very bad

When ever I press register I get a message to log in with my username and password so I use my old one but it doesn’t work I contacted the bank many times with no results same problem.

APP does not open

Whenever I try to open the APP I get a message saying:
No internet connection or request times out. This is the latest version and I use iphone with iOS 18.3.2. Thank you for solving this problem.
