The router supplied does not connect and customer support says this app doesn’t exist.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The middle of the day and still waiting for the internet service that I prepaid for, 28 days ago.
The app is terrible as well. The QR scanner didn’t work to set up my router.
I’m curious if anything g is going to work with this company.
