Tel-U Wellness Center

Tel-U Wellness Center mobile is an application type of service developed by the Tel-U Wellness Center work unit team, which is related to information, promotion, prevention, empowerment, and protection of physical and mental health (wellness) within Telkom University. Through information services, the application provides emergency numbers that can be accessed by students, lecturers, and staff, such as health service numbers, dormitories, security, to faculty-student numbers. This service is equipped with prevention and mitigation functions through the panic button (SOS) feature connected to the emergency number. To minimize problems and increase the speed of solutions to disturbances in the campus environment, this application is also a medium for students, lecturers, and staff to report problems through distraction-report complaints, information directly connected to the units, directorates, and faculties concerned for immediate action. By relying on the participation of the Telkom University academic community to share issues and complaints around academia, social and the environment, physical and mental health can grow in supporting the vision and mission of Telkom University.
