What's New in Telbox
1.2.0
September 30, 2026
Open files in a chat PDFs, Office documents, video, audio and more now open right from the conversation — either as an in‑app preview or with a clear "Save" or "Share" choice, never a silent tap that does nothing. Sending and receiving a file shows real progress instead of a spinner that never changes, with a cancel option while a transfer is still in flight. Verified voice notes, on every plan A voice note you record live in Telbox can now be verified: your app can show that a note came from the sender's own device and hasn't been altered since — for example Verified, Not signed, or Signature doesn't match. This checks the recording's origin, not whether the speech itself is genuine, and it's available on every plan, not just paid tiers. Only a note you actually record in the app can be verified this way — a forwarded, imported or AI‑generated recording is never shown as someone's own verified recording. More reliable first recordings Your very first voice note in Telbox — recorded during setup — is now saved more durably. If the app crashes, your phone locks, or you lose your connection right after recording, that note is protected and recovers correctly instead of silently disappearing. Jumping to a task's source message Tapping through from a task to the message it came from now shows clear progress while Telbox finds it in your conversation history, with the option to cancel or keep looking if it's taking a while. Also included: crash fixes, sign‑in reliability improvements, and small performance and accessibility polish across the app.
