Too complicated for a tourist eSIM
I tried to purchase an eSIM for my trip to Montenegro, but the process became unnecessarily complicated. After paying, I was asked to complete identity/KYC verification and provide personal information before the eSIM could be activated.
As a tourist, I expected a simple eSIM purchase and activation process. Instead, I had to go through additional registration and identity verification, and the verification ultimately failed.
I decided to cancel the purchase and use another eSIM provider instead. I understand that local regulations may require registration, but this should be made much clearer before taking the payment and starting the purchase process.
Unfortunately, I won’t be using Telekom ME for my trip

Aplikacija je veoma korisna, ali operateri već citav mjesec nisu u stanju da isprave grešku nanmojoj aplikaciji koja mi ne dozvoljava da otvaram pregled jednog pridruženog telefona i da tom broju prebacujem nagradni internet.
