App in English
It’s great that the Montenegro Telekom app is in English for me. My Montenegro language skills aren’t good enough for Paying bills or browsing an app. I did get a bit confused when adding card details as that section was not all in English.
The app is very functional, looks good and is easy to browse.

Too complicated for a tourist eSIM
I tried to purchase an eSIM for my trip to Montenegro, but the process became unnecessarily complicated. After paying, I was asked to complete identity/KYC verification and provide personal information before the eSIM could be activated.
As a tourist, I expected a simple eSIM purchase and activation process. Instead, I had to go through additional registration and identity verification, and the verification ultimately failed.
I decided to cancel the purchase and use another eSIM provider instead. I understand that local regulations may require registration, but this should be made much clearer before taking the payment and starting the purchase process.
Unfortunately, I won’t be using Telekom ME for my trip
