Nothing but problems

This app has disconnected me from my actual account for the last two months in a row. I’m trying to get back into the app with the help of tech support. I haven’t heard anything today after going to the TMobile store today. Still locked out.

Previous version was much better. This one seems ai coded buggy slow and fewer features than old one.

Even Refilling pre paid credit is confusing

Re activating prepaid data is not double. Says package still active even if there are 0 MB left on package …
