Hi dear user! Maybe you are trying with the wrong app? This one (easy edition) does not include subtitles nor video recording. The one with video recording and subtitles is Pro edition (or even Green Screen). Please, write us to hello@autocueapp.com and we’ll help you. Kind regards. 😉

Hi! To remove controls from the teleprompter screen just tap twice. To edit your script just enter in the edit mode and you will be able to change font size, color, alignment and many other things. Do not hesitate to contact us for any kind of help: hello@autocueapp.com. Kind regards.

Hi! As you can read in the app description, Easy edition does not include the video recording feature. That feature is included on Pro Edition and Green Screen Edition. So please, reconsider your review. Other users and our team will appreciate it. Thank you very much. Regards.

Hi! As described on the App Store and also in the Lite version of the app, EASY version only comes with the TelePrompTer functions, it does not include video recording features. Please, check the description of the app. There are 4 different versions of Prof. Hornet TelePrompTer: lite, easy, pro and green screen. Do not hesitate to contact us for more details. Regards.

Dear user, easy version doesn’t incluse video recording. We don’t cheat anyone, the features included in the app are described in the app description. If you want a refund, you must contact directly with Apple, we cannot do anything because we don’t manage the payments.
