Not a fan

Downloaded and was offered 7 days free, and cc wouldn’t be charged without permission later.

Next day - full year charge hits my cc…

There is no way to edit/cancel service in the app either. Deleted the app and will dispute the charge.

Seeing in App Store you can buy for a week or a month or a year. Those options not presented when installing and starting either.

App works fine.
Billing is very inconsistent.

The worst

This is the worst teleprompter they took my 39.99 for a year subscription after I cancelled before the free trail needed. I wrote support two months ago tickets still open now I can’t use the app it’s telling me I have to pay again. Do not I repeat do not get this app you’ll never get help.

This is app is bad

I bought suscription for the whole year and now doesn’t allow me to save my videos or share them if I don’t upgrade to save them!! This is scam right on my face!! How dare you!!

Very Disappointing

This teleprompter worked twice. After that my voice NEVER again matched the video itself. There was always a 5 second lag between the two. Hopefully I can get my money back cause I got like a year subscription.

Takes up too much space

I used it one time and it worked perfectly. Paid the $79 for the annual subscription, then tried to use it a second time and was told that the storage was full on my phone and I couldn’t use the app. Went to the storage on my phone to try and clean it up and this app was using almost all of my storage. So, I deleted the app and i guess I’m just out of $79

CHARGED MY CC DO NOT BUY

Do not download this app unless you would like unorganized charges to your cc. I cancelled the subscription well before the remaining time, and the app sucks. There are only certain timing you can choose and it’s a waste of 74$ that now I have to dispute with my bank.

SCAM

I was told I would get a free trial. And I never did they just charged me immediately. I contacted them TWICE no response. Additionally the app doesn’t even work. It takes forever to open and I haven’t been able to download a single video. I have video and photo proof of all of this. This is a horrible company. STAY AWAY.

Great of the app for on the screen

The major issue with this app is that… 1. You got a register to get any help it won’t take my stuff. 2. None of the screens actually fit on my iPhone 17 Pro Max screen, and there’s no way to move it in order to make selections. Not to mention when you create a script and it puts it on screen, the words fit about three letter letters per word you selected the expand button to fill the screen nothing occurs

Poor camera options

There is not access to the cinematic mode for the front facing camera so will not use. The weekly offering does not have a trial, it is $11.99. Recommend going for the yearly trial, even if you don’t want to do it yearly canceling right away and then if you decide you just need it for a little bit, then subscribe to the weekly offering.

Another disappointment when an app doesn’t have the universally free trial with all of their subscription tiers.

Fui cobrado hoje no cartão ao iniciar o teste, quando na descrição a cobrança só aconteceria em 3 dias. Fiz o cancelamento da assinatura e gostaria que fosse realizado o estorno da cobrança no cartão de crédito.

why! im so frustrated

seriously have done this single take for an audition 20 times and it says “processing” and won’t save the video. paid $10 for the WEEKLY subscription. ??

Estou solicitando hoje, dia 27/05/2026, o cancelamento e devolução do valor pago. Estou dentro dos 7 dias legais que tenho para solicitar meu reembolso do produto. Tentei contato por outro meio que não por aqui, sem sucesso. A única página de suporte que o app disponibiliza na Apple está fora do ar.

Horrible. WARNING - NO!!!!!!

Will not render video. You will have a great tape and it will not capture your video. Even a short video was taking agonizingly long to render - I did not manage to save a single tape. After watching the wheel spin for 15 minutes I gave up. Tried multiple times. . Wasted everyone's time.
