Lots of glitches and very inconvenient
I wish there were other apps that we could use to watch Iranian shows and movies I have paid for six months subscription for this app and I cannot even login after two weeks doesn’t even let me play anything I wish it was different and I wish they could work on this and make it better
Paid but Locked Out
As soon as I cancelled my membership, I was denied entry — even though I had already paid for the current month and still had three weeks left. I only cancelled the next month, not the one I had already paid for.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Cancelling future billing should not mean losing access to time that has already been paid for. Very poor experience.

Your app sucks! In addition to subscription, you need to pay for certain movies! And if you choose not to, there is no way to go back in the main menu to choose something else to watch!

Can’t access my shows or subscription after updating my phone. Just renewed my subscription this month, and can’t watch anything
Having issues with log in
After iPhone update the software, I’m not able to log in any more. I contacted the support but they didn’t help. That’s so frustrating!!!
