Scam avoid

I wanted a South African number, usa based. They wanted $4 so I funded my account with $25 so I could have funds to make calls. Only afterwards did they say I needed to have South African documents my is address, drivers Tax info was not enough - need to be clear up from that need South African business etc. Lost credit card dispute as they showed the money was in my wallet with them . this is my first app review but don’t want others to be ripped Off like

No Nigerian numbers available! Totally lied! You are more likely to have your data stolen than to get good service. I suggest you find an honest app not blatant liars.

This is a scam

I am reporting this app for fraudulent business practices and deceptive identity collection.
This app requires users to submit government-issued photo ID under the pretense of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. There is no legitimate legal basis for a VoIP app to collect government identity documents. The app misrepresents itself as a UK-based service when it is operated by an Indian company.

1. The app is operated by WebMob Technologies Private Limited, India — not a UK company as implied
2. A UK entity named Telfon Solutions Limited was dissolved in 2018
3. Google Play reviews report users being charged without receiving any service

Twilio Service

As an early, pre-Microsoft adopter of Skype with a Skype Number for many years that I used for both business and international calling, I am absolutely thrilled with Twilio. The Twilio app works beautifully on my iPhone and works better than the Skype app ever did.

I was very concerned when Microsoft retired Skype and my Skype number was soon about to expire. I was also concerned about porting my Skype Number to another service. I had no experience with any other service. The porting was swift and perfect. I am very pleased with my choice.

Voicemail and entering extension doesn’t work

Voicemail is setup on UI but is not functional. Also when entering extensions like 243, it has a glitch and enters numbers multiple times. I was unable to reach an extension using this app. Two basic features expected in a phone app to work in my opinion.

Horrible customer service

I paid for yearly subscription 2 months ago, yet I can’t access the features. The app keeps blocking me access those and pop up says I have not subscribed for it. I paid from App Store directly. I contacted them but the response is automated so basically they are just delaying not addressing the issue. It should be pretty easy to fix. I am an iOS developer. if it was my app I would fix it in 2-3 days at most.

This app has hidden costs upon hidden costs, not stated from the start. Then after having paid, the app doesn’t even function. The “bought” numbers do not even work.
Minus stars if possible.

Broken App

This app has several major issues. It struggles to call 1-800 numbers and often fails to recognize dial tones or input prompts required to navigate automated menus. For example, it can’t properly register when you press “1 for English” or other menu options. Additionally, the app frequently experiences downtime or periods where the service simply doesn’t work at all.

JUST FRAUD !!!

It doesn’t work. Don’t trust to this app because it ask your information and subscription plan and withdraw money from your bank account and then app says it’s impossible to find a number and done.
You loose at least 7$ without any gain.

Doesn’t Support Multiple Devices

You can’t use on multiple devices. I guess it stores call and SMS data locally rather than accessing history through the API.

If you use more than one device SMS only show on one device. If you answer a call on one device it will show as a missed call on the other device and won’t show the call recording.

Can’t Receive any Sms

I can send SMS but not receive any sms send to the same number that the initial text message was sent..! Not working at all. contacted support no answer.

What a complete waste of $5 to test

I paid the $5 to subscribe to test the features of this app. It’s a useless PIA. I need messaging to work like iPhone iMessage. I had to keep adding +1 in front of the number I was sending messages to, and it kept asking me to pick what number I’m sending from. I don’t want umpteen extra steps to send a message. So I’m back to looking for an app that saves me time, not add time.

GREAT!

Perfect integration with Twilio. Just entered my API key etc.

And then I can easily view my balance, make calls, receive calls.

I have made a twilio studio setup. And end of the flow redirects to the number on this app!
