Password incorrect
Doesn’t matter how many times I got through the password reset, it won’t accept a password when I try to log on

Signed up thinking there might be something useful on the app like a timetable for the council run gyms / swimming facilities or something else vaguely useful but could only see a horizontally scrolling list of local businesses.
Absolutely shocking. Please do some user research to find out what the residents of Telford need an app for and create something useful.

Basic
Doesn’t give option to register your tlc card so you must still have to carry your tlc card when using leisure services which is silly as this is a digital app.

Genuinely awful
Struggle to log in and most of the businesses we’ve tried to use don’t accept/recognise the app as they want you to have the card instead which we can’t seem to get as we’re pushed to use the app!
Great app to find local businesses
I have discovered lots of new businesses in Telford that I didn’t realise were here until using this app. I will now consider shopping locally more using this handy tool.
Error
I have also tried to log in and keep getting error as saying password not recognised and error when try to re-set. After two years it’s about time this was sorted out very poor!
App simply doesn’t work
Despite registering multiple times the app won’t let me log in, saying that my password and/or username is wrong (it isn’t). When you try and reset your password it also gives an error message. Utter garbage!
Absolute rubbish
Register, give all details to app then crashes and won’t recognise password. Total waste of time and effort. If there was a zero I’d give a zero. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
Woeful functionality
Nice idea to go digital but they need to do it properly. A very poorly developed app in terms of user experience and clearly testing has been very limited. No wonder reviews are poor. The IT team and Telford and Wrekin need to back to the drawing board and put a decent app out rather than this hacked together rubbish.

I created an account on the app, but when I logged in, it wouldn’t accept my password.
There is no point of contact to ask for advice and the reset password option still throws up the same log in error

Terrible, neglected and a waste of time
App doesn't allow you to login once signing up, tells you that your password is incorrect every time and upon trying to reset password, well... you are straight up denied!
Would rate 0/5 stars if possible, pointless even being up on the store if it just sits on your phone collecting digit dust 👎🏾👎🏾

Completely filled out to register. Crashes. Start again. Crashes. Start again. JOKE
TLC: total lack of control
This app, much like the developer is utterly rubbish. You can register.... an that is it. Once you have the app takes your data and nothing, nada, zilch. The app won’t let you log in, you don’t receive an email and you can’t reset your password.
This app is pointless, a waste of time and energy and perhaps the worst implementation of IT I have ever experienced.
The only reason it gets one star is that this is the minimum apple will let me rate it.

Struggling to use it
I downloaded the app and tried to log in (I had previously created an account) but it said the password was incorrect.
I hit the forgot password button to have a reset sent to my email but it said an error occurred so it was unable to do it.
I decided to create a new account and password which appeared to go through but then it took me back to the log in page and when I tried to log in it said the password I had just created was not recognised - tried to reset and the error page returned.
