I’m a specialist who works at several dental offices and I stated using this application recently. I found it very helpful as I can send customised information to my parents using one platform regardless of different EHRs.
Great App
I just recently downloaded this app and have been using it to communicate with my patients. I have found it to be very useful and user friendly thus far. I look forward to using it more moving forward!
Unable to create account
I was prompted by text message to download this app after receiving a COVID-19 test from Roseland Health. I was unable to create an account needed to log in, as it said my email address did not match. I triple confirmed, tried all caps - did not work. Either the clinic incorrectly entered my email, or the app is buggy and doesn’t allow users to create accounts with the invitation codes.
