The App does not open using the link

We are looking to use the app for our party but after posting the link online we are not able to open the app. A fix would be appreciated

Response from developer

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the party hiccup. The share link and QR are universal links that open Tell the DJ straight into your session, but each guest needs the app installed first for the link to open it. The printable Poster (tap ••• on your session) carries store links + the join PIN so guests can grab the app and jump in. Worth a retry on 3.5.2. — The Tell the DJ team

Links does not work

When you share the link other people cannot open super frustrating

Response from developer

Sorry for the frustration. The invite link opens the app right into your session, but only for guests who already have Tell the DJ installed; without it, the link can't launch the app. The Poster (••• on your session → Poster) gives guests a store link + PIN to install and join in seconds. Happy to help if it still sticks. — The Tell the DJ team

Not user friendly, no QR code

Set up a session yesterday.
Paid for the pro version today hoping to share the QR code so people can get sharing their requests. QR code is gone - can't be found. I guess I would have to set up another session but shouldn't have to for something so simple.
Simple simple app.
I'll give it a run for 1 outing by so far it's no good.

Not user friendly

Terrible access for people trying to request songs. To convoluted for most people. Make it easier and it would a great idea.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great user experience with our app. We would like to hear what we can improve. Feel free to send your feedback to: ttdj-feedback@simpleappsfarm.com

Need QR Code on casting screen

This app is functional and a great concept. A few more improvements would be nice. We need the session QR CODE to display on the casting screen so fans know how to join. Simpler remove song button or auto remove once marked as playing or place in small lettering into a Already Played list. Is the app avail for Android users? Tidal connect.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for your review and your feedback. We are happy to report that the QR code of a session is now shown when casting a session. The UI has been updated as well, alongside several other improvements. Also, in the last release we have added a "history view" to view the song requests that have already been played. We hope you will enjoy those improvements. The app is also available for Android users, on the Google Play Store.
