For all you guys that can’t log in, you have to use the phone number telnor gave you to pay the bill, and your password must be reseted by writing that phone number, afterwards an e-mail will be in your inbox so you can reset it and then you can log in, but looks like many people don’t know how to read

La aplicación es basura. No se puede registrar una cuenta nueva. Lo tuve que hacer en la página web. Una vez que logré entrar con mi usuario, no sirve la opción para personalizar el módem. Una empresa que genera miles de millones de pesos en ganancias ¿no puede pagar por una aplicación de funcione?

Worst Utility App Ever Made
This APP never works for me in iOS. I wasn’t even been able to sign in. What kind of developers or support does this app has? That’s incredible that for all the months I’ve had the app, have never worked, this is just wasting memory in my phone.
Can’t log in
I can’t log in or register to pay my bill, and there is no phone number to call from the US to pay over the phone. Customer service through the chat is terrible.

Ya tengo una cuenta creada con Telnor. No me deja entrar en la app. Me sale error tal y tal. Para poder pagar mi recibo de Telnor, ocupo entrar desde Google. Ahí si me funciona. Deberían arreglar y actualizar el software de esta pésima App.
