Great app, terrible customer service
The app itself is fantastic — works smoothly, has great features, and is worth using. But the moment you run into a problem, you’re on your own. There is no real customer service — no replies, no help, no way to resolve issues. It’s frustrating that such a good product is ruined by completely ignoring its users when they need assistance.

I tried to download the app. I downloaded the app. I put my number in the app and it’s cancel the whole thing and I don’t know what to do. I don’t have a TelOChat account signed out from the app. Please fix it thank you.
