Needs Update - invisible buttons

There is no way to contact the developers so I'm forced to write a review to report the problem. Since the last update, buttons are invisible (I know they exist and can click them, but cannot see the icons or labels until the imaginary button has been tapped). Using iOS version 26.2 on an iPhone 14. It renders the app unusable for the average user, since I had been using it for a long time before, I know where to click, but people have to guess, and where it takes them in the app is a surprise. HOWEVER - I WILL LOVE THE APP AGAIN WHEN THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED. PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE A WAY TO CONTACT THE DEVELOPERS! The current report a problem just takes you to the Web app.

Just about notification

Only thing i noticed is no reply medicines ready for pick up i just had to go back to see. Should have text coming to say ready for pick up.

Broken

I’m able to submit my prescription through this app, but in no way can the pharmacy communicate with me to tell me that it’s done, or any other communications. It’s a guessing game whether or not they’ve actually received and processed it. Completely defeats the point of the app - this is not a new issue. It’s been going on for far too long to be forgivable at this point. Apparently a new company is coming through with superior tech. Hopefully my pharmacy is able to adopt this quickly.

Ok app

This is an Ok app to use. One missing function that I have seen on other pharmacy apps is the ability to put old prescriptions into an “archive” so you can see your history but they are not in your face every time you go into the app.

Lost data

My prescription data disappeared and it’s not coming back

Needs work

The notification that a prescription is coming up for renewal is handy.

Unfortunately, it didn’t get delivered this time. I assume that is because I was spontaneously signed out of the app for some reason.

No notifications

I don’t understand why there is no indication that a refill is delayed. I had to open my app to find out, that a refill request from three days ago is delayed. Improve your product to inform properly. People need their medication and can’t be skipping days. It’s not healthy or safe.

Prescriptions not correct.

When prescriptions are ordered, they don’t always go through. When a new prescription is received by the pharmacy, the old one isn’t deleted. When meds are prepared, the system doesn’t update that they have been dispensed and keep a status of “in process “. Either the system has not been set up properly or the functionality is deficient. I used to install systems like this, and it need to be MUCH better.

App is never correct

I use this app for all of my medications and it’s always showing the wrong due dates for my meds and causes a lot of issues for me having to call the phymarcy and the doctor just to get it corrected. Sometimes doing with out some of my meds. The laws are different for drugs in certain provinces and that’s where it effects me and I’m giving this app a one star review

Pretty Good

This is a pretty decent app….had a bit of trouble setting it up but has been good ever since…1 thing I’d like to see is if when you order the dollar amount of the order could be displayed.

Work well!

So easy to use. Love it

Love this app.

Love this app just wish it updated better.

Absolutely useless

This app is more of a pain. Sometimes meds are at date and then they say it’s a week to early when you go pick them up. It’s completely not working and well and a few times needed puffer and ran out and most of the workers can’t override that fk computer.

Wish the app would work

Great concept for a app. The worst part is it just doesn’t work. It seems like 95% of the time my prescription list is empty and when I do manage to submit a prescription request. It doesn’t actually show up and end up having to call the pharmacy to ensure they got the order.
I won’t even get into the login password issues. #fail #Don’tBother #WasteOfTime

Fails to load prescriptions

The app worked only once or twice. Now always fails to load my prescriptions.

Not user friendly

I have very good computer skills so what I am not happy with the Application is that having to change my password or reset my password, then after doing this and the password was accepted, I try to login and my password is rejected!
Not my idea of a good program!
I deleted the application and I will go back to what I have done before, call my pharmacy to request my refills.
For goodness sake, you’re not the freaking bank of Canada, lesser security can be done for Senior Citizens!

Useful

Easy and convenient, don’t have to wait in line at the pharmacy or wait on the phone anymore. Could you build a delivery option into the app? I always ask for delivery in the comments but sometimes they miss it

Great if they’d fix it

Could be very convenient, could be really helpful to streamline prescription renewals, but it is slow and buggy. The biggest problem is that the Touch ID function works around 1-3 times then needs to be re-enabled. So, you try to use it and it says it can’t and to login. So you have to remember or find your password and fill it in. Then the app blanks your email, so you get another failed login if you forget to re-type it. So, you re-type it and then it asks if you want to enable Touch ID. You mean, like I already did myriad times? Yes, please.
This shouldn’t be a huge deal to fix, but the problem has persisted through several updates. Devs, please think about who’s using this app. It isn’t just teen girls refilling their birth control, a lot of people who get drugs have health problems, maybe problems with fine motor control, poor eyesight, the kinds of things that make Touch ID a real boon. Too bad it doesn’t work right, and no one is bothered to sort it.
