Cannot find a list of channel available. Take hours on the phone to change my channel choice. I am with Telus for my phone for years and I cannot recommend Telus for internet and TV. They are not ready for internet or TV.

Shaw is better
Can’t watch PVR replays on device’s Telus app (eg iPhone or iPad). You can do this with Shaw. Major deficiency!!
Doesn’t work with VPN anymore
Use to work on a vpn. Now it doesn’t. No reason not to. Will update review when fixed.
Still no app for Roku os
Can’t use this app on my Roku tv. They’ve made it available for everything else. Roku is a big platform built into my Phillips tv. Get with the program devs.

The App is terrible and always freezes on Apple TV. It’s so bad!
UPDATE: VACATION & MISSING CHANNELS
Stupid how Telus has two Telus TV+ devices, the TELUSTV-21T (2IT) and TELUSTV-21S (2AS). Apparently the TELUSTV-21S (2AS) is faster than the old TELUSTV-21T. But it is freaking slow and lagging, including when viewing the TV Guide. Don't fix or change a device if it is not broken. No common sense at all.
Telus TV+ is not meant for LIVE Sports, since my neighbours were already cheering for the score. While the Telus TV+ delay.
They want you to install it on third party devices, without any number pads on the remote control. How will you change the channels in it, never ending scroll

After being a bell subscriber their tv app is far superior. This one continually crashes, won’t rewind or fast forward without glitching and doesn’t have the top watched feature which saves time finding shows

This app ALWAYS claims to have whatever movie or TV show you’re looking for, and EVERY TIME you believe it you end up like Charlie Brown trying to kick Lucy’s football. It NEVER has the content it says it has. Don’t believe its lies.

Terrible app
Terrible app, unreliable, need to restart my Apple TV every time I want to use this app. Guide is very buggy. I do not recommend.

Apple TV directory has never successfully linked anything that it Telus tv will let me watch because I am a Koodo mobile user, I don’t have a Telus subscription. & I’ve never found anything interesting on live tv. I can log in fine on mobile and Apple TV. But never watched anything.
App won’t load on Iphone 16 pro
All I get is a blank ui and a box that pops up that’s empty. Idk what’s going on but this is the first time using, reinstalled twice. Nothing.

Terrible. Trying to watch on Apple TV is terrible. The guide rarely works without unplugging and starting over. Really needs an upgrade!
Live TV doesn't work on iPad
Since the late May 2026 update, live TV playback keeps bringing up errors on the iPad. An on-demand video does work, however. This is after I manually logged in with my username and password. Reinstalling the app doesn't help.
