One week I signed up to TELUS supposed to be getting 5G and the bars are horrible. I had a long distance call this morning dropped the call eight times. I’m feeling very discouraged about my bars being one or two???
App is great, but hotspots are scarce
This app is really great, it has a simple and very clean design. The issue is really Telus hotspots, which appear to be nearly non existent in major areas, such as Toronto in the GTA. it found less than a dozen in the entire city of Toronto, one at the airport, and absolutely none in the surrounding GTA areas such as Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, etc. So the issue isn’t the app at all, it is a great app, it is the misleading information on the Telus website suggesting that there are a lot of Telus hotspots available; perhaps there are in other cities, but there isn’t much bigger than Toronto in the GTA.
I will not be using, and will be deleting this app, simply, because they are really no Telus hotspots around to use.

Nothing shows up in the location. Live chat never works & their “virtual chat” doesn’t help at all.

My Telus app finds many more spots than this does. Not reliable

Useless - always shows multiple hotspots near you but none works!! Do yourself a favor to remove and save space on your phone.
Wifi finder
If you don’t have wifi, it won’t show you any locations.

I don’t have a data plan, I pay once a year. I get many site that I can view from home where I have wifi!

Useless app
Don’t see the purpose of this app. Supposed to let you know where you can get Telus Wi-Fi but only if you have wifi connection. I have Telus Wi-Fi but can’t connect unless at home. USELESS.

Kind of useless really compared to Shaw open.
Absent TELUS Service in this mall
If you need easy Access to Wi-Fi in this mall, move to Shaw. They have figured out how to service their customers
Bad Data makes it unreliable
There are several sites they boldly claim are TELUS Wi-fi hotspots that definitely aren’t and no way to tell Telus as such.
An app like this is only as good as the data it provides, and in this case, it’s crap.

I'm using a Wifi Hotspot & this App says there's none around me.There's at least 1 other Hotspot around me.

This service is a poor cousin to Shaw Go. Step up your game Telus!

The number of hot spots are limited. When you can find them they work great.

TELUS wi-fi
TELUS wi-fi does not have enough wi-fi spots in my area so haven't even tried it out, maybe it will be better in the future

Garbage
Every time I use the app in Ottawa it says no hotspots found. I've tried searching map, address and 'near me'. Even weirder I've used it while connected to a Telus Wifi Hotspot and the app still says no hotspots found! Garbage.

Great app and very useful. Awesome job Telus, I'm very happy with this service.
