Answering incoming calls from your desk phone and mobile keeps on ringing resulting in missed calls in call history. Can’t hear the caller when you answer a call while iPhone screen is locked. Terrible experience thus far.
Ringing after answered on actual device
Unfortunately the app continues to ring on iPhone, even after being answered on the actual handset device in the office. This is rather frustrating at times. It does not do the same on other cellphone brands.

With the new update the phone keeps ringing even when answered or going into hunt group
