Good product/app...terrible support
I can’t find anyone to contact. However, I can’t set up an account for the app. I keep getting a 503 error. Otherwise, it does work to track the temp.
Best thermometer for infant/toddler
My lo has scary temp variations when she is sick from super high to very low. This ended up being the best solution for us so that we disturbed her very little but could help keep her temp from going into dangerous levels. It works great for caregivers, too
Doesn't record?
The app captures the current data, but the record tab, that should let you see all history (beyond last 5 minutes) doesn't seem to be recording data. Also, when I clicked app support, the website was fully in Chinese (?) so this prevents me from getting assistance or troubleshooting the record tab issue on my own. The device purchased did not indicate it was a Chinese based product and so I would expect I could receive support in the language on the device packaging and application language(English).
