Doesn’t work
This app is complete garbage. It just keeps redirecting to browsers. This shouldn’t even be an app. You should just use your web browser. This should be removed from both the Google apps and the Apple App Store.
Garbage app
This app would be great if it worked. Whenever you submit a request, there is no way to comment on it. When it’s completed, you receive an email but can’t open the related request because it does not pull through in the app with a “request not found” message.
Why do I have to route my ticket?
How am I supposed to know what department and sub department give an issue belongs to having to figure this out just slow down the process dissuades me from reporting issues.Also why do I need to report the park or place the issue is at when you have the exact GPS pin of the issue?
App needs fix
Ever since the last update the app will not let me attach photos and moves the pin location to some random spot. Please address and fix.
Several Difficulties Using App
I was trying to report a dead animal on roadway, for pick up. After searching the app, there is has no option for dead animal, so I used general questions. Trying to stick the location pin doesn’t work. This app isn’t user friendly. It took so long to submit, that the system errored out and I had to begin again. Again, if this app isn’t user friendly, you can’t expect residents to use it. I finally submitted under residential code compliance. Received an email response that didn’t make much sense so I called again. Had to delete app, and reinstall because it said I had no connection. Wasted my time and effort today! Tempe can do better!
