Seems like this company is ignoring my emails
I sent a few different emails, but as most companies now are AI generated, I can only imagine my emails are just being filtered out and ignored.
I canceled my subscription (I have screenshots of my cancellation) and somehow, this company is a still trying to charge my cards.
I can’t download anything on my App Store unless I pay for their subscription which leaves me left with an app that I don’t use or want.
Since my emails are being ignored, I guess writing here will get me some sort of resolution.
If not I’ll just file a FTC complaint.

Please remove “template” from many templates
This app would be 5* if it wasn’t for the app’s name put on many templates. It I want to make my photos into vintage vibe I want to see words lika Kodak etc or at least some random numbers. Not the name off the app. I can’t justify paying for the app when I can’t use those templates. In Filmm app if you have subscription you can remove word “filmm” from the frame or put something you like. Please let us do this here as well.

Fix the bugs!!
App was working great but now most of the templates are not usable. I pay for premium and expected better. It’s been months and the issue still isn’t fixed. What’s the point of paying for an app that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

a company that is here to get new acquisition money and not take care of the existing clientele - can’t support - rarely any new templates to work with. how hard could it be to put a designer on retainer? lacking.
