Could not open templates
Tried to open templates but said could not find Pages app — even though Pages 15.1 was sitting in my Applications folder. I tried restarting computer, opening from inside app but nothing worked. So I canceled trial.

Listed as totally Free App, but there’s a paywall to open everything. Unacceptable.
DVD sleeve printing on spine is reversed
I was looking make some Blu-ray box covers. The text on all of these templates is reverse of the pre-printed covers in the industry.

I never tire of going through the templates and selecting elements I can put together for my own needs. Your designers have created such fresh designs and concepts -- they are an inspiration! :-)

I’ve never written a review. I bought this product years ago and still use it regularly for everything. I wish there was an equivalent for word. Pages is so clunky but this app is the one purchase you will make that ensures you will use pages. You will make the best certificates, posters, reports, greeting cards, birthday party invitations… forever. Thanks for making this a one fee and done app. It’s the best lifetime investment. Great product.

Won’t let me get any templates on my monthly subscription
Paid for the monthly subscription but every time i press get it redirects me to pay for a yearly. What is the point of offering a monthly if it doesn’t work

I wanted to enjoy utilize this! I was surprised by the numerous down right bad (design) options. And overall - very few even decent ones. I immediately unsubscribed with in an hour. Im happy to pay for useful things, this isn’t one of them.

I really like the templates available, however I don't understand how the purchased templates v the ones I have to still pay additional money for. I know I can specifiy 'Purchased', but I don't understand why some aren't included when they are very similar.

I Paid for a lifetime membership and they just deleted and want me to pay again...ah! I sent a few emails and got ignored, HORRIBLE customer service!!!!

I paid for a lifetime membership on my Mac and now my membership just disappeared and I have to pay again for something I’ve already did 🤦🏻♂️ I sent a couple of emails and guess what? No answer! If I decide to pay AGAIN for the lifetime membership, who guarantees it won’t go away in a few years? That is WRONG!!!!!
