Bugs syncing with Apple Arcade
I got this game on my iPhone first and then downloaded the Mac version on my M1 MacBook Pro. The phone version has been broken on and off for years. It seems to get into a state where it can’t sync correctly with the Apple Arcade server, and it hangs for long periods of time after finishing levels. My phone also gets super hot unless I put it in Low Power Mode. The Mac version isn’t as bad, but neither version is syncing correctly with Apple Arcade. I somehow only have 30 of the 44 Achievements, even though I’ve made it through the final levels and have played almost 25,000 levels altogether.
I don’t think Scopely is updating this game any longer, seeing as the last update was a year ago, and they haven’t bothered to update the winter-themed icon. It’s a shame, because I do enjoy the puzzles as a little brain break, but the unfixed bugs and lack of support are frustrating.

This game hasn’t been updated in forever and it shows. Constant crashes, bugs and generally just bad issues all around. That’s all if it even allows you to play it. Devs please fix this, it could be so much better…

I love this game but it is frozen at the start screen.
Make Hints Optional
Kind of speaks for itself. Was trying to enjoy it but the jiggling hints after just a couple of seconds drove me mad. Gave up playing.

CRASHES
I’ve played it quite a bit and now it has a nasty habit of crashing on my Mac requiring a hard shut down. Decided to delete it rather than ruin my hard drive.
Game not loading past daily
There’s been a major glitch or something going on, I haven’t been able to get past the daily gift for 4 days now. Won’t load to the game page to actually play.
Mini games disappearing
I love this game.
However, for a while now, the mini games have just disappeared. They came back for a few days and then went again. Please bring them back!

Just checked my game after at least a year, still waiting on a map update. Ridiculous
Turn off hints???
Is there no way to turn off the annoying hints? I don’t see the point of playing if the game keeps giving me the hint of the next move.

Love the game but now I cannot open the game anymore. I noticed another user had the same issue but no one has answered the question.
Game freezes constantly
The game freezes fairly often at the end of a puzzle. It’s particularly annoying when I have been about to win a difficult one. I’m so frustrated!

Not a bad game
This is a good game but I am so tired of trying to do well on the weekly tournament (not the Star one) and NEVER GETTING THE REWARDS! It had been weeks since the rewards actually worked. Please fix this.
Great game
I know the title is a bit misleading. The game is fantastic and I love it. I guess I completed all the available puzzles and instead of starting back over from level one it’s giving me random puzzles over and over again but it’s the same random puzzles over and over again. Developers can you please fax this random game issue because I’m getting tired of doing the same puzzles over and over again. It’s very disappointing. Great game and would be five stars. Also game has been freezing up or crashing at the very end of a level and then you have to redo the same level even though right before it crashed I was about to win the level. This game needs help!

A neglected game
This game hasn’t been updated in 11 months. No new levels. Compare this with Royal Match which is updated every 2 weeks. I have 1 million gems with nothing to do with them. No new Tiers, Maps, or Stories. The play is fine, but you will soon get as bored with it as the developers are. Just sad.
