You try many of these and wonder why bother - this one changed my opinion. Pretty cool with lots on offer and easy to navigate to get great results.

Good but…..

After I got the paid version I started getting an error when I tried to export.

The app is easy to use and I really like it but it’s annoying that sometimes it will throw an error when I try to export my creations. No clue why! I have plenty of free storage, the app is up to date and I have switched my phone off and on. This has happened with 4 out of 5 of the last reels I created.

Dear Taylor, we are sorry to hear about this. We’re glad you like the app, which makes these export errors even more frustrating, especially after upgrading to the paid version. Please email us at support@templify.ai so our team can look into what’s happening.

I had high hopes for this app

When I had heard there was an alternative to CapCut based on Christian values, I jumped at the chance to download this app. As any normal, thinking person does I took a look at all the information about the App, more specifically to find out if there was any monthly or annual charge. I was overjoyed when I saw that there was nothing mentioned about any reoccurring monthly or annual charges. However, upon setting up my account., I found out that yes there is a reoccurring monthly and an annual charge to utilize this app and you do not have any option to try the app without having to pay. I do find this incredibly misleading, considering in the description about the app and what you can do on the app, there is literally nothing mentioned about having to pay anything.
Do they offer you a free grace period to try it out yes, however, that was not mentioned in the product description either. And I do find this incredibly misleading.
To the developers, you may want to go ahead and update the information about this app to include the monthly and annual charges. Please keep in mind that had that information been readily available, I would’ve been more inclined to pay for it and keep it on my phone instead of deleting it because I felt misled.

Dear user, we are sorry about this. Our pricing is always shown in the app on first access, but we understand that finding it there rather than in the description felt misleading. Please email us at support@templify.ai and mention this App Store review so our team can look into your feedback and help with any questions.

Don’t do prerecorded voice videos. It’s the worst.

When you download your video to your phone the voice won’t be aligned and the end of the video will get cut off. It’s happened to be three times. Wish I didn’t buy the full year.

It’s Ok- CapCut and Videoleap are better

I find the template are OK in terms of selection. Not bad, but not spectacular.
