I honestly love using this app for personal and business use. I don’t pay for premium memberships on anything other than this and Spotify. And this is worth every penny. Easy to use. Fun pre made videos to add your own touch too. I really love it.

Unable to Cancel Trial, Refund Refused
had a very disappointing experience with this app. I tried to cancel my free trial from my phone before being charged, but I was unable to do so, so I contacted Temply directly by email to request cancellation. My card was still charged. I contacted Link, which processed the payment, within five minutes of the charge and requested a refund, but they refused. Be very careful when starting the free trial and make sure your cancellation is successfully processed before the trial ends.

Fabulous tool for making personalized videos
I have been using Temply for three years and I rarely use other apps to make my social media videos. There is a huge stock images and stock video library to choose from if you don’t have any images already or if your photography isn’t quite right. Temply has your back! Lots of little videos have been uploaded by people who are willing to share their artwork and creativity. There is also a huge music library to choose from or you can upload your own music. You can’t go wrong here, truly. You can even touch up your pictures with the editing tools. It’s so much better than the tools on TikTok, I come here first before I upload anything! This app helps me make it look perfecto! The only complaint I have is that when you put a text box in, it makes a straight line of text instead of allowing you to make vertical text boxes. Other than that, no complaints at all!

DON’T SIGN UP - SCAM!
Watch out! When you sign up, it will lead you to enter your credit card details on their site and once they have it, it’s impossible to cancel because there is no customer service at Temply. I canceled immediately after downloading via the App Store, so before the trial period ended. I thought I was in the clear. But I was charged by Temply directly. I called Apple and they couldn’t help because it wasn’t charged via the App Store. Temply is shady. Avoid this app.

I love this app the simple music I can use on all my videos. Since I discovered Temply two years ago I haven’t used anything else. I edit professionally with a professional software but sliding Temply to make quick videos make my life so much easier

Charged for a subscription I didn’t authorize
⭐️ One star — Billing issue with no customer support
I signed up for Temply’s free trial from May 8–May 11, 2025. I stopped using the app after the trial and did not knowingly continue with a yearly subscription. However, I was unexpectedly charged for a yearly subscription on July 20, 2026.
I checked my Apple subscriptions and do not see an active subscription, and I have not received any clear renewal notice or explanation for this charge. I have tried contacting Temply multiple times through email and Instagram, but I have received no response.
The biggest disappointment is the lack of customer support when there is a billing concern. Customers should be able to understand their subscriptions and get help when unexpected charges occur. I hope Temply improves its billing transparency and customer service.

Love it but wish it were cheaper
Would love more free template or features. Even willing to pay for the yearly plan is a bit high. Other apps with similar features offer plans for less so I won’t be buying. But it’s a nice app though
Update: went to see about doing another trial since it’s been a while since I’ve even used the free version but hearing everyone else’s feedback about not being able to cancel easily through Apple subscriptions in your settings seems VERY sus. A hard pass and making you pay through a 3rd party is really scam like. No thanks.

I like making reels with this app and it’s affordable, i would like to be able to upload a video and edit it myself as well overall a great app to use.
