Great for drum gigs
I’ve used this app in live settings for nearly 12 years. I know several other drummers who gig with it. Best metronome app I’ve found, tons of features and customization options but simple enough to open up and just get going.

Recent update wrecks display
A recent update causes Tempo to display at about 60% size on my iPhone Air. I’ve contacted the developer with the problem but haven’t received a reply.

There’s nothing this metronome app can’t do. I’ve used it for practice now for years. But I’ve also used it for shows as well. It’s highly programmable and customizable. In short, this app rocks.

Suggestion
I use this on my MacBook Pro, the app is great but please make it easy to duplicate setlists!! I’d love to use a setlist as a basis for other setlists at gigs without recreating the setlist from scratch
No longer fills screen
This app used to be great. Then an update came and it made it so the app only takes up a small portion of my screen. This is both on my 13” pro iPad and iPhone Air. Tried deleting and redownloading. Nothing works
Tempo increase
As a meticulous practicer, the ability to program a tempo increase is a game changer. I use this function daily. LOVE!!!!
a metronome for serious musicians
i’ve been using tempo for many years at this point, and it’s by far the most used app on my phone. it’s the perfect kind of simple - everything you need, very little you don’t. the full customization of colors is a really nice touch and completely optional. in the decade plus i’ve had the app, i think i’ve had stability issues twice. ever. and they were absolute flukes.

Metronome has shrunk since update
Since the last update the metronome is now a 1/3 smaller on the screen. I emailed developers and they never got back to me. Apart from that a great metronome.
Solid and Highly Recommended
This metronome app is my go-to for all my daily practice and performance applications. The set list feature keeps my different projects separate and organized. It is compatible with Apple Watch, so changing tempos in a set list between songs is fluid and easy by hitting the next button. For musicians who demand precision and organization with their time-keeping, Tempo is the best app out there.

A must for any musician
You might not always a click track/metronome, but when needed, this app simply can’t be beat. iPhone, iPad, that’s what I mainly use it on as a working musician, and use it extensively in both live and rehearsal situations. Keep your entire working song list and build new set lists on the fly in minutes. A must have for the modern musician and largely a necessity for drummers.

Great app!
It would be great to be able to change/manipulate the subdivisions on a beat-by-beat basis (i.e. 2nd partial of triplet beat 1, 3rd partial beat 2, etc.). Also, sometimes the app glitches in the middle of use, temporarily pausing the click. This only happens on my phone. Fantastic app!
Layout is broken on iPhone Air
I don’t know why, but the app used to run fine for many years. But whatever update we got recently shrunk down the user interface into one corner. Rotating the device also doesn’t help and makes it worse. Please fix.
My Go-To Metronome
I’ve been using the paid version since 2018 and it has always been my go-to metronome app. Its best feature is that it’s not complicated. It’s your metronome. Pay the small cost and lock in.
