You can’t even edit medication you’ve given if you put the wrong time.

Hi Pennywise_1031, you can edit it, time included. Open the Timeline tab, tap the three-dot menu on the entry, and choose Edit. Sorry it's this hard to find. There's no edit on the Home screen, which is where most people look first — that's our fault, and we're fixing it in the next update. - Eodin Team
