Terrible service and zero communication
I ordered for my mother for Mother’s Day few things. I didn’t expect it to be delivered on the same day but they called my mom one hour after I payed for the order to be delivered and they said the order will be with you by the end of today. My mother cancelled her plans to wait for the order but it never arrived but the main problem is that she was calling them but they didnt answer she called the next day they didn’t answer as well which made my family think it was a scam.
I sent a complaint message to the Custumor service and it was even a worse experience than the actual issue. Taking a long time to reply just to give nothing back or not even try to solve the problem. And when I sent another message after the order didn’t arrive for 3 days they didn’t even care to answer.
The order has arrived on the 3rd day of the original order silvery date and during that time no one answered the calls which automatically will make you think that you got scammed. Mother’s Day was simply ruined because of this terrible service and terrible customer service. I do not recommend

Je trouve que le concept est très intéressant, mais le prix reste très élevé quelque soit l’objet acheté pour une application déclarée qui n’utilise pas les taux officiel ! 2k dzd flexy à 15€ c’est le double du prix concrètement.
