Groundbreaking & Useful

I love that due diligence documents are available BEFORE offers are made. All real estate transactions should begin that way to reduce risk & enhance transparency. During uncertain times, this app is a powerful tool to close fast & with confidence. This is a winner for buyers, sellers, and agents.

App is underwhelming. Needs better design

Ten-x itself is great so this is just a critique of the mobile app.

The design could be improved. Especially when it comes to searching, saving favorites, and taking notes on properties.

I wish there was a way to rank saved properties or make separate lists for different properties. It would also be helpful to be able to take notes directly on the property page.

The iPad app needs its own design too, rather than just making the iPhone interface larger. It would be nice to be able to see more stuff on a larger screen.
