Don’t bother
Absolutely useless when trying to apply. You hit apply and it takes you to YouTube??? And then if you want to return to search it just sits there loading. Extremely frustrating.
Utter rubbish
This is the most rubbish app I’ve ever used! You have to pay to be able to get some of the features, then you have to pay to keep your profile for over 14 days (I’ve already paid Premium to use it for 3months and it’s been less than 10days!!). It’s all about pay, pay, pay; freezes all the time.

White Screen of Death
Much slower than loading the website directly. Both website and App are incredibly slow and unreliable and I blame Microsoft.

I had to recently download this app to flat hunt in Edinburgh and the app is so appalling to use its bordering on funny.
Immediately on downloading and opening it redirects you to a pop up in browser Google syndicate page. It does this every time you go back onto the app making it almost unusable. If you can manage to get past this, you are then greeted with the most shocking interface of an app I’ve seen in years. I cannot even change my location to Edinburgh making the app completely useless for me unless I was looking solely in Australia for flats.
If you can avoid using this app - do so! I dread to think of the housing market if this is the sole way to book viewings.

App stuck in loop, not working.
I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and whenever I try to log in to the app with my credentials, the screen starts flashing and gets stuck in a loop. It never completes the login process. I’ve tried multiple times, but the issue persists. It looks like a bug that the technical team may need to fix.

Waste of money
This app is a rip off. It is slow and the map feature is nowhere near as good as realestate.com. I wish agents would quit using it but often there is no choice. The app asks for payment to secure your data. When applying as a couple accounts don’t link properly. When uploading documents it is difficult to add extra.

Terrible app
This app is making it so I cannot apply for rentals. I log in then I get a faded screen. Then when I can get a clear screen I try too apply for rental and it wants me to log in again then doesn’t except password I’ve logged in with before.
Impossible to create account
Unfortunately this app seems to be used by most agents now. I’ve tried numerous times create an account on the app and online and each time I come registration I go to login and get “account not found”. TenantApp provides no practical help option. Woeful.
Potential
This app is so clunky between constantly loading, freezing and generally buggy. It’s astounding why this is a preferred app for real estate agents? Really making the already stressful task of finding a new house that much easier! Thanks for making such a fantasticly buggy mess.
Unusable
Literally started a timer to see how long the app would take to load result. Still waiting to this day. App does not function, “remember me” feature forgets its purpose, results change immediately after reloading the app even given it takes a long time to load anything on this terrible app.

Unusable
Every time I open the app all I get is a faded screen with the scrolling wheel of doom.
Disappointed
It used to work properly before. Now it doesn’t fully load and keeps buffering all the time. Every time I have to log in again and confirm my password, and it keeps logging me out. I used to receive notifications about available properties, but now I don’t receive anything at all. The app is behaving very strangely and is working very poorly now.

It is clear this app had no UX/UI design input or had even the end user in mind.
So many problems and such a lack of understanding of the user needs and the flow of information.
All you want is to get as much money as you want from the user when the user is only looking to complete a process through an application they are forced to use by the real estate agents.

Lots of Issues
I have just started to use this app again in the last few weeks. I used the app a few years ago and didn’t encounter the issues I am now encountering. If your lucky enough to get past the bot check (when opening app don’t move your device, touch it, breath etc or it won’t open app for you) you think great, this is pretty good. But scrolling through the list of properties it constantly freezes and won’t unfreeze unless you restart device. And then we are back to the bot check. I am dreading if I have to use app to apply for any properties because I imagine it will be a nightmare to use.
