Request

Nice little app with everything in one place. One request: allow a group chat option between all tenants and the landlord instead of just 1 on 1.

Otherwise no real complaints

Worse

Never answer

Maintenance

I’ve put in request and no one ever calls till it’s time for the rent. Then I pay on time every month but I can’t get no request solved! This is very sad.

Doesn’t work right

I’m trying to schedule to set up a tour date to see this apartment and it’s not letting me it keeps saying forbidden

No Help with Serious Issue

We have a signed & paid lease for our vehicle to be parked at Langley Garage. We checked the car in on August 10th and received an entry exit card for the garage. We downloaded this very App that holds our contract and allows us to manage our account. Smooth transaction and everything went fine. THE ISSUE - My daughter went to retrieve the car at noon on Friday and it wasn’t there. The security guard said Langley management instructed him to have it towed from the lot. We did not have use of the vehicle over the weekend like we had planned. The issue could not be addressed on Friday during working hours because apparently everyone took the afternoon off. My 18 year old daughter had to go to an area of town that is considered unsafe to many people and pay $360 to retrieve her vehicle. After many calls, chats, emails we never heard back from Langley. We are hopeful that this will be addressed on Monday and be promptly reimbursed for this $360 towing fee. Remains to be seen but hopefully they will do the right thing and straighten this situation out with us. Dan Doherty 770- 910-3230

Horrible appp

0/5 stars. Very confusing to use and to navigate.

Not form-friendly

Filling out ACH or new lease agreements has never been harder. Sure, it remembers your signature, but that’s all it has going for it.

There are 2 major issues I’ve noticed when filling out forms:
1. It doesn’t save any information. If you need to tab out, it will delete everything & you need to start from scratch.

2. While signing a form, it moves the screen back to the top whenever you fill out a field. For lease agreements that can be quite long, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out how annoying this can be.

Ridiculous

I have been in my home for 4 years. They changed management. It would show my rent was $975. The app said I had to $1000. I could do it easy with one time payments instead of auto pay. Then wanting me to pay an extra $25, they also wanted to charge almost $40 in fees. It’s against the freaking law to charge fees for a debit card. The landlord was baffled too as they just started using. You need to put your utilities on there. I have internet already. They wouldn’t let me go further with that unless I bought internet with them. Stupid.

Incessantly money grab

Every rent transaction requires the tenant to decline autopay and a subscription for “credit building” as well as slimy “recommended” options for charging full rent payments to a credit card or Apple Pay.

Garbage

Setup automatic payment? What a broken pile of nonsense. Always trying to find more stupid ways for me to give tenantcoud money. If your landlords use this, I’m sorry, it’s forever a hassle and the worst app of its kind.

No More Double Checks

You have gotten rid of the little box you had to check to double check the amount you were paying was correct. Why on earth would you do that? Why have you made it possible for me to pay all my roommates rent with the click of one button? This wasn’t an issue with the old app.

One payment … not 2 separate transactions.

A fee for this a fee for that highway robbery. Wait for all the illegals to leave, landlords will be begging for tenants.

Thank you

Thanks for remembering

Dumbapp

You guys are the stupidity scumers, why did you pushed people installing and using it you give me a ton of the inconvenience

GREAT!

We’ve never been happier with a company as we are with Fat Rose. They are great. Very personable . I would use them again

Cost is high

Cost is way too high. I have to pay $75 just to pay rent and that is crazy in this economy

Every experience with this style of payment has been an absolute nightmare!!! I believe that this the worst

It’s great!

So incredibly convenient when it comes to paying rent!!!

Autopay design is idiotic

Why… in God’s name… would autopay only be valid for a year? And now… I have a late fee… because the design of your software makes no sense. Do better.

Autopay automatically disabling

Every year autopay disables itself and I’m only ever made aware after I’ve been charged a late fee. Every. Single. Year.
