No More Double Checks

You have gotten rid of the little box you had to check to double check the amount you were paying was correct. Why on earth would you do that? Why have you made it possible for me to pay all my roommates rent with the click of one button? This wasn’t an issue with the old app.

Cost is high

Cost is way too high. I have to pay $75 just to pay rent and that is crazy in this economy

Autopay design is idiotic

Why… in God’s name… would autopay only be valid for a year? And now… I have a late fee… because the design of your software makes no sense. Do better.

Autopay automatically disabling

Every year autopay disables itself and I’m only ever made aware after I’ve been charged a late fee. Every. Single. Year.

How does this app have the rating it does?

I experienced a tech issue when trying to add an account to pay the rent. A payment was submitted that I didn’t submit and I was stuck with an NSF fee. What kinda garbage is this?

Why does it not bring up Bank payments first?

so you must be getting some kind of $ that you are pushing the credit options with the high rates of charges! Seem a bit Greedy when rent is so high in Hawaii!

Not do user friendly for tenant

Messaging is difficult, not user friendly, unable to find my lease to print, unable to send messages except as a maintenance request. Not my choice for dealing with a local landlord, especially as a business lease. No reassurance of financial security for paying out of the checking account either

A pior empresa que ja vi

Aluguei a casa e simplesmente fui abandonada por eles, um mês tentando contato e nada. Nao me entregaram segundo controle do portão da garagem, nao me disseram numero do mail box, sequer a senha para acessar area de lazer. Estou a um mês morando na casa e nao posso usar a area de lazer. Um verdadeiro descaso, nao indico. Empresa iconica homes llc em orlando

Can’t use the app due to Error

Whenever I try using the app I always get this Error saying “something went wrong try again” . They also charge fees for ACH transfer which is crazy, there is literally no way to pay rent without a fee in their app or website

Regarding payment fees, any applicable charges depend on the payment method selected and the terms set by the payment processor.
