So far I’ve like using TenantLink. It’s very easy to submit a maintenance request; I like that packages are recorded and I can easily see what is waiting and what has been picked up without having to go through emails or notifications; I like the marketplace feature where I can see what others are posting that they are giving away or selling in the building; and I like that, I can look up my payment history very easily. Definitely an improvement over the last platform we used.

Reliable and glad we have this app now!
This app has made it much easier to receive notifications about updates for our building, receiving packages, accessibility to sell items on a marketplace within the building! I am very happy this with app and can’t imagine not using it now!

Package notifications aren’t individual
The app is user friendly and intuitive. However, every resident in the apartment receives every package delivery notifications, instead of just of the ones that have their name on.
Great Building Management App
TenantLink has been great to use, very user friendly and easy to use. I like all the updates we get, packages are easier to track, maintenance requests are easy to put in and can sell items on the app. Highly recommend!

Good building management app
TenantLink is well-designed, has lots of convenient features, and has plenty of options for notification customization, which I appreciate. It really enhances my experience of living in my building. My only criticism would be that its messaging system is sometimes a little glitchy. For example, sometimes I’ll get a notification that I’ve received a message, but no message will be there upon opening the app (it takes a minute or two to actually show up in-app).

This app has been SUPER helpful in organizing everything I may need related to my building. Its also been helpful for tenants to communicate regarding selling items when moving. Happy customer! The app works well & havent had any glitches. Very easy to receive messages from management as well!
Great Platform
Loving the tenantlink platform so far - it’s new for our building, and has already streamlined package pickups, building notices, and general announcements! Not to mention the tenant connectivity capabilities as well, are great!
