This app is really intuitive and has an easy to use interface. I appreciate that everything is easy to find and that the app has such a clean look. So happy that my building switched to this app!

Really impressed with TenantLink. The app is intuitive and makes it easy to handle everything from maintenance requests to package notifications in one place. It feels much more modern than the typical apps I’ve used and the AI concierge is a nice addition. Highly recommend for any building looking to improve communication and for residents!

Better platform
Way quicker and easier to submit work orders, hear announcements from building, and track packages. Was clunky at first but a month in and enjoy.

Great Interface
TenantLink is a great luxury in my building. All the information I need (notices, maintenance requests, packages, amenity reservations, etc) is at my finger tips. I wish my last building had this because it’s a game changer

Easy to use
Way easier to use than the app my building used to have. Onboarding helped me understand where everything is and haven’t had any issues since downloading it.
Quick Tour Unsuccessful
The quick tour consistently stops at 3 of 22 even after restarting the iPhone. Deleting and reinstalling the app leads to the same issue.
